Hadoukeeeeennnn.
Bruised hands and wrists (but it was worth the pain). Yay for wraps!!! :)
Anyway, there’s no spinning bird kick move, nor hadouken in Poi. I just like saying that. Works well with fire, don’t you think? haha!
Child’s Play
Balete Park, Maria Aurora

In between shots, this silly lad started goofing around, vying to catch our attention amidst nature’s beauty, which left us in awe. We looked like idiots, trying to fake our poses, desperately wanting to get decent shots while throwing dried leaves in the air, while this kid did it like a pro.
I’ve always been fascinated in taking portaits of random people, esp. kids. I just don’t have the eye, the talent, and the technology for it. I wanted to use my trusty Holga 120 GCFN. Too bad the place was too bright and I couldn’t find a dark spot to take out the film, rewind, and replace with a fresh roll :( That would’ve made my life so much easier. ‘Cos with lomo, I don’t have to think, I just shoot (not that I’m any good at it) :| But the amazing thing about a child’s innocence is that even with a point & shoot camera, one’s genuine zest for life trancends any lens.
I guess it’s true what they say, it was easier when we were younger.

Maybe I can wear the harry potter glasses and the baguio-ish bonnet on a random day. Perhaps when I’m feeling lost / hungry for a little adventure :P
Happy like a little kid on Christmas morning :)
Finally set my brandnew cathedrals on fire. It was bittersweet, but definitely worth the heartbreak :)
Found this picture in my hard drive. hahahaha HI-LARIOUS! :P
Animal Planet ain’t got nothin’ on this. haha! It’s simply genius :)

Surround yourself with good people: people of high character and high intellect, people with ambition and a strong sense of purpose. Spend time with people who have their priorities straight and who know where they’re going in life. If you can’t find any of those types of people, then learn to occupy your own time.
Cleaning need not be boring :) Ha-ha!
